Inner Harmony's programs include:
8 WEEKS TO WELLNESS
Consider undertaking a comprehensive
mind-body strategy that helps patients focus on a variety
of tools to improve health and well being in everyday
life. The eight-week program outline follows (shorter
programs are available.
Week 1 - Mind, Body, Spirit -
focuses on the connection between optimum health and
the emotional, physical and spiritual lives of participants.
Week 2 - Creative Stress Management I - teaches how
to manage stress and cultivate awareness through meditation
and other techniques.
Week 3 - Creative Stress Management II - expands upon
stress management techniques.
Week 4 - Nutrition for Life - concentrates on developing
healthy, balanced and nourishing eating habits.
Week 5 - Dealing with Emotions in Healthy Ways I - provides
strategies to create healthy patterns to identify, express
and release feelings and the relationship of those emotional
patterns to health.
Week 6 - Dealing with Emotions in Healthy Ways II -
expanding on dealing with emotions to learn different
ways to consistently maintain positive moods and effectively
manage negative emotions.
Week 7 - Practical Self- Care Techniques - shares self-care
stretching and self-massage techniques to maintain optimum
wellness, increase vitality and eliminate stress.
Week 8 - The Circle of Life - using a self-assessment
tool and group sharing, learn how to let get of negative
patterns, maintain motivation, manage change and integrate
positive personal changes.
CANCER CARE
PROGRAM
If you know someone battling
with the physical and emotional stresses of cancer,
try Inner Harmony's New Beginnings Integrative Cancer
Care Program. The program offers complementary therapies
to a patient's traditional cancer treatments to augment
the body's healing capabilities.
Integrative treatments are offered
in an a la carte style for those interested in directing
their own care or a more structured treatment program
designed by Inner Harmony's clinical team.
Program therapies can include:
acupuncture to relieve pain, nausea and vomiting; mind-body
techniques to promote empowerment, reduce stress, increase
coping abilities and bring about a sense of balance
and meaning in life; nutrition counseling and other
natural health services to help restore health; Reiki
to promote the body's internal healing process; and
therapeutic massage to promote muscle relaxation and
reduce stress.
CARDIOVASCULAR
HEALTH PROGRAM
Inner Harmony's Cardiovascular Care Program helps patients
develop and maintain cardiovascular health through a
variety of a la carte or structured therapies designed
to enhance the body's healing capabilities.
Program therapies can include: nutrition counseling
and other natural health services to help restore cardiovascular
and overall health; mind-body techniques to lower stress
and increase coping abilities; Reiki to promote the
body's internal healing process; therapeutic massage
to improve circulation and aid muscle relaxation; and
yoga to provide the benefits of physical activity, mental
relaxation and spiritual re-connection.
COACHING AND
CONSULTING PROGRAMS
Inner Harmony Wellness Center's
coaching and consulting division, Inner
Harmony Group, offers a comprehensive array of programs
designed to take participants beyond the basic mind-body-spirit
offerings. Services include spiritual coaching, corporate
wellness programs, spiritual, corporate or recovery
retreats and flexible workshops designed to promote
peace, purpose and passion in people's lives, in the

EATING DISORDERS
PROGRAM
Inner Harmony's Eating Disorders
Program uncovers and works to address both the physical
and emotional reasons for eating disorders. The program
helps participants establish target weights, monitor
progress, develop strategies for successful eating and
coordinate care with a counselor and/or nutritionist
in a team-based approach.
MEDITATION
Please join us for our weekly
drop-in meditation class. Classes are open to the beginner
as well as the experienced. Experts agree meditation

MIND-BODY SKILLS
PROGRAM
Our Mind-Body Skills Program
offers people living with illness and stress an opportunity
to transform the physical, mental, emotional, social
and spiritual aspects of their lives. Regardless of
the adversity that may be experienced, it is possible
to take positive steps to improve every aspect of daily
life.
This program will empower the
participant to draw from their body's natural ability
to heal itself. You will learn and practice mind-body
techniques proven effective in prevention of illness,
which will enhance self-awareness, health and well-being.

MINDFULNESS
MEDITATION FOR STRESS MANAGEMENT
Learn how to deal with unresolved

to distress and poor health. Participants achieve a
greater state of peace, increased energy, clarity, spontaneity
and focus and enhanced feelings of compassion and kindness.
PAIN MANAGEMENT
PROGRAM
Through Inner Harmony's pain
management program, you can find relief from arthritis,
migranes, back problems, bursitis, muscle spasms, sciatica,
digestive problems or any type of chronic pain or discomfort.
Inner Harmony offers an integrative
and comprehensive approach to alleviate the root cause
of pain. The program uses a combination of non-invasive,
drug-free alternatives specifically designed for each
individual. Services may include acupuncture, behavioral
and wellness counseling, chiropractic, massage therapy,
meditation/guided imagery/stress reduction techniques,
nutritional and homeopathic support, Reiki and yoga.
PRIMORDIAL SOUND
MEDITATION

Program includes a combination of effective, individualized
therapies such as acupuncture and nutritional and behavioral
counseling to provide the tools to support your efforts
to stop smoking and maintain a smoke-free lifestyle.
Learn how to identify and prevent
smoking triggers, deal with stress and incorporate relaxation
techniques into your daily routine.

STRESS REDUCTION CLINIC
Be empowered to create balance,
harmony, peace of mind and improved health and well
being in all aspects of your life by taking part in
Inner Harmony's Stress Reduction Clinic. The clinic
helps participants develop coping mechanisms to effectively
manage everyday frustrations, pain and illness by focusing
on moment-to-moment awareness and mindfulness. Other
benefits include an increased ability to relax, greater
energy and enthusiasm for life, improved self-esteem
and an increased ability to effectively cope with unresolved
stressors. Stress reduction provides benefits to those
with heart disease, high blood pressure, chronic pain,

WEIGHT LOSS AND MANAGEMENT
Inner Harmony's integrative approach

YOGA
Please join us for our weekly
drop-in yoga class. Classes are open to the beginner
as well as the experienced practitioner. Yoga incorporates
breathing practices to focus and calm the mind and balance
emotions in addition to postures used to stretch muscles.
Bring a positive attitude, a mat or towel and wear comfortable
clothing to attain the most from the session.
