The inner harmony approach is offered through a series of workshops, individualized coaching and corporate consulting designed to inspire a range of breakthrough discoveries and personal transformation.  This approach uses a unique combination of meditation, yoga, holistic healing and psycholospiritual discourse to open a door to peace, passion and purpose in life.
